Vi är många som har insett att vår värld har förändrats och att vi inte längre behöver vara fast i ekorrhjulet, och göra samma sak som alla andra.
Jag har alltid velat gå min egen väg och har alltid känt att jag inte är menad för en fast anställning eller att ha en chef över mig. Nu är vår värld så digital och har gett oss enorma möjligheter att arbeta hemifrån eller utomlands med ett flexibelt schema. Jag anser att man kan vara kreativ och arbeta när som helst på dygnet och inte bara mellan klockan nio och fem. För att arbeta tillsammans behöver vi inte vara på samma kontor, i samma stad eller i samma land. Världen har förändrats och vi med den.

Being a pub owner provided our founder with hands-on experience in diverse areas: business management, accounts, front of house, liaising with suppliers, stock control, compliance with health, safety, and legal standards, hr, email and inbox management, reservations, website design and maintenance, customer service, event planning, social media marketing, and content creation. This dynamic and multifaceted role sharpened her business acumen and empowered Cath to confidently navigate and overcome the challenges of running a successful enterprise.
