So, who am I?
I’m Catharina, the founder of Cath B Inspires. I'm a heart-led, intuitive, multi-passionate entrepreneur from Sweden, who has never really "fitted in" in the usual work environment or structures. With a desire for freedom, travel, and an intuitive mind that sometimes wants to do things differently, I may have always been seen as "difficult" considering I see life and our world in a different light. I am not someone who can fit into a 9-5 box and do the same thing Monday to Friday just to please society. I have tried, but mark my word - it's not for me.
In 2007, I relocated to Copenhagen, Denmark, and I lived and worked there for three years. After major health struggles and going through a life-saving operation (and losing my mother the same day), I needed a complete change, and I took a leap of faith and followed my intuition to the UK. With two suitcases and a budget hotel booked for 2 weeks, I didn't have a plan; I just followed my gut feeling, and I had a strong belief that the Creator would guide me and open doors for me.
I lived in the UK for fifteen years; however, in 2024, I felt everything started to change. It was a slow process that I had to endure, and I wasn't ready to admit the truth yet. That it was over. The UK was changing (or maybe it was me), and so was my relationship. You cannot force a relationship to continue when both know, deep down, that it's not meant to be. So I left and returned to my home country, Sweden, in 2025.
2026 has so far given me a foundation and base in Sweden, a remote business, a new man, new people and two countries - Sweden & Morocco. It just goes to show that when you take action, the Universe provides!

Embracing the digital world
With over 18 years of experience working online, my digital journey began in 2006 when I created websites to showcase my spiritual work and photography. My introduction to social media started with MySpace, where I discovered the transformative power of connecting and sharing businesses, art, and ideas with a global audience.
Alongside my professional roles at Flying Tiger, Premier Inn, and the NHS, I’ve dedicated myself to researching, learning, and supporting small businesses and spiritual entrepreneurs. As a former NHS employee and pub owner, I didn't feel quite at home, and I felt called toward something deeper and more soul-nourishing.
So, I listened to that inner whisper and created an online business that allows me to support visionary and intuitive individuals like you.
My passion for entrepreneurship and commitment to helping others thrive remain at the heart of everything I do.

Everything is connected
I’ve faced my share of trials and tribulations - living and coping with severe endometriosis, lifesaving twisted bowel surgery and stoma, the sudden loss of my mother, and the challenge of relocating from Sweden to Denmark and then the UK. But looking back, I see how every experience connects, shaping the person I am today.
Life isn’t just about the obstacles we encounter; it’s about how we rise, learn, and grow from them. Every challenge, no matter how painful, is a step forward. As women entrepreneurs, we transform our struggles into strength and our setbacks into stepping stones.
